Description
This is my last proboscidean reconstruction from my last published paper*: the great Palaeoloxodon antiquus. It was the most massively built large elephant species ever existed. This particular individual was rather small, although, despite his advanced age, it was still growing animal. 152-E9 looks like the so-called “Stuttgart morph”.
